DOT Loss Runs is built and run by the team behind RenewRig (software for trucking insurance agencies) and Supreme Trucking Insurance, a trucking insurance agency. Today the site is operated by Supreme Trucking Insurance. Before we store any agency data, we will move it to a separate company, DOT Loss Runs LLC.

Our related businesses contact trucking companies using public FMCSA data. They never use anything entered on DOT Loss Runs. The one exception is the request form this site had until October 2026: truck owners who sent it asked Supreme Trucking Insurance to contact them (see the privacy policy).
